Trying to launch a JRSC SVT...
...is pretty damn difficult to do. LOL
'03 SVT w/JRSC+BBK, race cat, 3" exhaust, ported head, ported blower, 67mm TB, Toyo Proxes4 tires 60' ... 2.484 330 ... 6.365 1/8 ... 9.515 @ 77.55mph 1000 ... 12.192 1/4 ... 14.463 @ 99.21mph If I could launch the thing properly, maybe 13.9's?... In any case, I beat the modded V6 Tiburon GT next to me by half a second.

Not too bad, work on that launch. I've beaten tib's before, a co-worker of mine had one and said I wouldn't stand a chance, I asked why he said I had a 4 cyl. lol silly rabbits trix are for kids lol. Needless to say who won that race but anyways, practice a little more, I'm sure that car's got to have a 13 sec run in it.

yea i couldnt get my launch either since it was my first time and only got 2 runs in. i ended up running a 16.1 with a terrible 2.627 60ft. it was good seeing you there man

You too man; it definitely takes some practice to launch these cars, but you'll get it into the mid to low 15's eventually. My buddy Bryan lives in West Milford too and he knows a TON about Fords if you ever need local help. Just drop me a PM whenever and I'll get you in touch with him.

yea hopefully i'll get a chance to go again before the season ends but its unlikely. thats good to know about your friend, i'll definitely let you know if i need a hand. also i just pm'd u bout the tails

Get rid of the Toyo's and throw on some stickier tires and with some practice, you'll break into the 13's. I hate Proxes4's. I had them on my GTi and was never happy with them.
