2009 Focus SC Coupe

Hey guys. I'v got a 2009 focus SE all stock and I was wondering what, if anything I could do to get more power? My car is a 5-Speed manual trans. and I have taken her up to some pretty high speeds before, but are there any certian things I could do at home easily to give her more power? Thanks

cold air intake, cat-back exhaust, maybe short throw shifter. thats about it without getting real technical *sp?* maybe further down the line, headers, boost, and a tune.

and regardless of engine performance mods, you are going to hear "tint and drop" real soon. haha

exhaust, intake, header, tune :). unless you want to turbo down the road, then cancel on the header.

tint and drop! hahah. ha to. i did FSwerks CAI and Steeda STS(short throw shifter) on my 05 sedan. woke 'er up pretty good. SVT drop kit and of course, TINT!!

these duratecs are toruqey, so the CAI, exhaust, and STS are goood starting points, but id definantly start at the suspension and brakes beofre going any deeper, cuz sporty handing is just plain fun. and it looks good to get a little lower, and the tints wrap up the apperance. =D.and deffantly retire those tires. good tires and good suspension = great times. remember, your driving fords rally car=).

This forum is actually one for one ofthe sponsors on here, Focus-Power.
You might have more luck getting info by posting in one of the performance forums, like Duratec performance.
Either way, welcome and Good Luck!
