the person who owns that lightning needs to have it taken away. That is the kind of thing you do to a chivy truck.. looks right at home there. It is a sad day for everyone when a lightning makes it on rice cop

I'll pretty much agree with all the above, love the lightning, cool truck, but that wing. There is one wing that makes sense, the big one on the cab that gets the air over the 5th wheel trailer for the purpose of gas milage..A friend of mine tows a big horse trailer and I gave her grief about that thing on her f-350 and she said she swears its worth about 1 mile for every two gallons of gas...worth it!

Oh... I am sorry... did I imply I don't like GM? (Gods mistake) I ment to say I hate them!! up until a few years ago, they were the most despised car maker on the planet. They have made vast improvements over the last few years and have made ford look bad. at one point a few years ago, 90% of all american cars traded for japanese cars where gm products. they have an attitude of keeping problems hush hush and fix as they come in. ford at least volentarily recalls things. gm is forced to if it comes to that. here in washington state, a big timber company religates its chevy trucks to hiway use only. They aren't even alowed on logging roads because ball joints get pushed out from the bumps. The c1500 has frame bending problems when towing rated loads. there trucks weigh 600-800 lbs less than a comparable ford... all structural weight removed. The avalance comercials show the inteligence of its owners. I have never seen such stupid comercials. And there new truck? the front end looks like an angry chinese. oops... sorry.. didn't mean to rant lol. Hope I am not ambiguous with my views of gm.....

That type of wing looks stupid not only on trucks but also on cars that cruise the streets. Those wings were meant for racing on the track!
