Smile My first engine bay mods, CAI and a stress bar

I wish I could show pictures of the install process but during the install it was raining like cats and dogs, the short story is we started by pulling the stock intake off and then it started to rain.... A lot, so we closed everything up and waited about 20 min. It finally slowed enough for us to push the car to the other side of my apartment complex to some car ports on the other side where it proceeded to pour. After some complications the intake finally went on and it sounds awesome. As for the stress bar... not so much, it would seem to be too long and would not go on.
Yesterday I finally won and the bastard got installed and driving around is a lot more fun and easy... anyway I have a few pics to show so here you go.

So if you are having the same problem as me jack both sides of the car up with two jacks and pull all three of the bolts on the tower off and then I still had to brute force the sucker on there. The A/C lines need to be bent a little to get the left side to mount but you can use the rubber part of the connector to brace the top line against the bar to prevent scratching and possible damage to the line.

Well there you go and I am now into the "go" portion of the fofo modding. Enjoy.

"2nd Gen problems"
I've spent too long looking into the abyss. It's starting to look back.
