ecm/ecu locked

Alright so last night I was trying to change some of my factory ecm tunes and ran into the problem of every single thing to change was locked (fuel pressure, idle speed, spark advance, etc.) I was wondering where I could get the unlock codes at. My buddy has an advanced obd2 scanner/programmer and I wanted to change some stuff. He has done it on a zx2 in the past and I need to know how to unlock my ecm/ecu. Thanks

I would question your buddys ability to change anything with an advanced scanner / programmer , Even Ford dealers them self cannot do changes

You can buy the SCT cxal3 with a custom tune and it gives you some things you can change your self but most of it is already done with the tune you get with the xcal
