Mine finally died yesterday. I haven't had a chance to see what happened, but I doubt it will be worth fixing. I was so close to my goal too!

Died with 297755 on the odometer!

Orginial most everything including the clutch.

2000 ZX3.

05 ZX3 SES

124,000 and counting. Stock serp. belt. Stock coolant, about to do brakes for the second time up front. Original rear brakes. Going to do some routine stuff like plugs, a couple mounts and an oil change soon.

Hoping the trans holds out til 200k. We'll see.

^^^ Let us know what died..Hopefully its an easy fix..even a used motor is CHEAP..

I just put a new clutch in mine for "ahem" performance reasons....And the stock clutch at 157,000 was still looking good. plenty of life left on it.

Bought mine new in March '03. Now has 101,000. Flipped and hit a deer, no problems that weren't my fault.

2002 ZTS, standard
Zetec
127,xxx (delivered pizza for over 6mo w/it)

Major probs so far - clutch, flywheel & master cylinder replaced at around 90k, thermostat housing, valve cover gasket, serp belt (twice), motor mounts, timing belt (just this weekend) and it's still sitting on blocks, got us stumped as to why it won't start. Replaced the fuel filter & about to replace the wires, looking into other things.

I love my car, tho! Altho over the past couple of days I've thought otherwise LOL
