ur obviously really limited on ur choices of rally fabricators living in michigan. u can always buy a already made cage fitted for the focus with fia homologation papers from custom cages in the uk.
www.customcages.uk there are plenty of people that do that. they make excellent wrc cages. very entricate. you just need someone with good welding skills to install it in ur car. made of t45. they come with all the gussets and good bits needed. they probably run 1500-1800 or a dash more for the kit and then add the labor. versus the 6-10 grand for a really descent cage. labor is still going to be rediculous. but it will be less because they dont have to measure or bend the tube.
