Ship your car! When the barge makes a stopover here drive it off the dock and let's have a car cruise lol. I might go big island too this summer for vacation. Was contemplating bringing my car to save on the rental, but I don't think the spi can handle mauna kea hahaha

Hmm, that's an idea! But I'm gonna be in Maui for a week before going Big Island. I landed an internship so I'm gonna be heading up Mauna Kea every week most likely. At least they're paying for my housing and transportation!

Hey you Euro guys! Question about the light/fog switch. I want to add fogs, but not sure I want to bother with rear fogs. Just gonna shave my stock 2000 bumper. Is there any reason to get the euro light/fog switch, instead of a US version? Is the US plug and play and the euro is not? I'm not sure which model he has yet, it's from a Ghia though. Trying to get a shipment together, but don't have funds for stuff I may not need.

The wiring is the same for Euro & US switches. Aside from rear fogs, there's probably no reason to get a European switch.

Yup, no reason to get it unless you want the rear fog and possibly the leveling.

So I got my euro grill in the mail today. I love this grill! It's so much nicer than the 98 style one!

And I started a teaser thread for my retrofit project.

Nice! The chrome headlights match your black car quite well. It's starting to look more European with every add-on

Yeah I like the chrome too, but I think a gloss black would look nice also. Decisions, decisions...

Oh, KP, I cleaned up the panels to check them out. There aren't any scratches, but there are depressions in the panel from sitting on top of each other. And there is only one very tiny tear the shape of a U on the driver panel. It's like, 1mm or so. And I don't want to hack the panels up if you can put them to good use.

Haha I have tears on the corners of my back two panels too. I would definitely be interested in them though. Could you take pics of it when you get the time? Thanks

Here are the panels. You can see the depressions from the panels sitting on top each other. The rear passenger is the worst, since everything was sitting on top of it. I still need to clean the panels a bit better too lol.

Close up of the tear on the drivers panel.
