i bet the motor rocking back and forth so much from that busted bracket was tweaking vacuum lines and causing all kinds of havoc with boost. that was probably what caused that

well kinda.. the motor rocking back and forth ended up hitting my vacuum line on my fuel pressure sensor and shearing it right off..

mine did about the same thing but less severe. it just popped the vacuum line for the brakes off. made it run like crap and lost power brakes.
