More Sad News - Bill Scott, Owner of Summit Point Raceway Passed Away
Bill Scott, a pioneer in east coast motorsports passed away this afternoon.
Bill was sick for sometime and in failing health since Thanksgiving. No details as of yet, but I will post more information as soon as I can.
