my best time with a stock focus was 15.6 at 83.
my roush kit was mid 13s
and im new turbo set up im looking for mid to high 12s with full interior and a/c

What is left in ur car sicfuc? as far was interior.
when i get another car im going to completely strip my focus to nothing but what it needs to drive.

Right now i just putt carpet back in for winter... but normally the only things still in the car is dash board, and center consol, and driver and passenger door panels... EVERYTHING else is gone.. the rear of car is completly empty including rear wiper motor, the blower motor was removed for summer. When i hit the track the door panels and center consol come out, also stereo and speakers.

Some cheap ass ULTRA HPR's all seasons!! They actually do pretty good for 100 a piece tires! I wish i had my Yokohama ES100's i had a few years ago those were great tires... if i had them now i bet i would already be running high 14's for sure!! I use a 205/50/16 on my car. next set of tires i get shortly will be a 205/40/16 for a smaller profile and less tire to spin.

lower profile will generate more wheel spin because it takes less force to turn the wheel. the difference between a tall tire and a lo-pro tire is like the difference between taking off in 2nd gear and 1st gear if that makes any sense.

oh yea! all that strippin you did explains those times! jesus man your car must only weight like 2300lbs with you in it!

ha ha ha! yea its pretty light.... but thats what makes my car so fun!!! i love racing and BEATING cars that i wouldnt have a chance against! even when i lose I usually get alot of credit for being a N/A, thats as fast as it is with as little as i have done to it. Maybe Ill just get a 45 series tire instead of 40... im running 50 series now but i want them to be a little thinner, just for looks.. and to get my car a little lower.
