if you are going to put 40k in it, AWD.

AWD with a huge turbo and dogbox and sequential shifter.

Thats true. Would it be possible to make it run AWD and FWD? like a switch and weird wiring?

you could have like a VW r32 (mkiv) computer system where it is FWD bias but when it sense wheel slip it will send up to 33% of the power to the rear wheels.
