Is it possible? Yes anything is possible with enough money...

Is it worth it? You just have to decide what is more important to you...

have a car that is really loud and obnoxious and probably get pulled over all the time for noise and only have around 170hp...

or still keep the car relatively moderate sound wise and be boosting over
200hp to the wheels for about the same money and 30+hp over your goal and Close if not equal amount of torque as wheel horsepower!

If a turbo is in your future, don't waste your money on N/A mods anywhere upstream of your flex pipe. Some of the priciest items you can buy for an N/A engine will be useless if you later decide to go turbo, like your intake, headers, pistons, cams, etc. etc... I'm partway into my N/A build, and seriously rethinking this route. All I've got is an intake and exhaust, and I've already wasted $230 if I turbo later.

Don't they make upgraded cams that can be used both N/A and turbo? hmmmm makes me think.

No. You wouldn't want forced induction cams for an NA application and vice versa.
