Yes the battery red light blinks

I have a 2004 wagon and just some months ago the battery light came up while driving but then later it went out so I did not pay to much attention, days later the same so I try to check but it went out before I got the meter out, I finally was able to catch it up and saw that the voltage was above 12 so I tought it was the battery, went to Auto zone and they confirm the diagnostic, so I got a new battery while I was driving away the light came on again, so I went back and they check the voltage and it was 14.85V, so they toldme that it was the voltage regulator, so I decided to get a new one and replace it, I did that and when I start the engine what was my surprise now the voltage is 15.1V?. And to to even make nme wonder some more the light is not on anymore?.

The guys tell me that the maximun from the laternator should be 14.8V. But now I been driving for 2 days and the light doesn't came on? so I need more info on this, if some one has any comment or they do now the spec for the voltage I really woudl apreciate. It is been buging me for this last 2 days.

tks
Eddy.
