Question about motor of 03 focus 2.0 slit injection

Hey I just bought a 03 focus 2.0l slit injection I am only getting 20mpg with a/c on. Any suggestions? I am also have vibration when idling. Please help car has 89500 miles.

Where to stsrt...
First, dump a can of Seafoam in Your empty gas tank, and fill 'er up.

Next, check and change Your oil, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs and wires, accessory belt(may not "need" it at 89500, bu it's close enough), and do a full fluid flush-n-fill. That little list should help noticeably.

thanks man i had the oil changed and the serp belt changed i am workin on the timing belt and the fluids it is do for an oil change and i am waiting till i get $$$$ lol i put the sea foam in an it didnt help but didnt hurt so i am glad i did it thats the vibration when it ideals has gotten worse and i am confussed lol

Start simple and look at the motor mounts if the vibration is excessive. Then go from there.

I would start with a scan tool and see what info the ECU is getting , this info controles your MPG

Could be something as simple as a bad o2 sensor or slow
