My comment came out all wrong.

But esentially you don't need a huge wastegate just because it's a v8.

You have to remember that a v8 is going to have a larger volume of exhaust, but it's also going to take in a larger volume of air.

Things like turbo size & engine mods & desired boost range will determine if you need a bigger wastegate to keep boost down.


For his setup the wastegate he is using should be more than fine & that is all that matters.

I was thinking a Flow-Pro Muffler would fit your setup and it still will sound great. Have you thought about that?

oil pan installed for last time before start :chacha:


wrapped the manifolds, and oil return fitting


painted stuff black so it dont look nasty
