cooling system work. i got the new griffin radiator in.

stock focus radiator hose.

i put it a little off center so i could still mount the grill on and run the cap. after i got the radiator where it needs to be it was sitting on the stock radiator support but it wasnt really working good enough for me. so i made new radiator brackets and got rid of the huge stock support.

if you look in the first pic at the bottom you can see how it wasnt on the stock support very well.

i have made the two bottom straps. i will be making one center strap for the top on sun.

Looks good. i dunno if the off center radiator would bug me but your putting an intercooler in front of it so you might not be able to tell. And yes I am that anal about stuff. *sigh*

well it is either have the radiator 1" off or not have a grill. i would have to cut off at least 2 of the tabs that bolts to. i could have made some brackets that bolt the grill on but you wont be able to the radiator at all any way so im not worried about it.

there are quit a few very powerful focus's running around. they are just few and far between. i made 353whp with the zetec before i decided to go this route... hopefully this can run the kind of times i am shooting for.

There's a guy in WA I believe with a fully built CGI block and some big azz turbo, pushing for about 550whp all boost. Not too shabby...

you might want to look around a bit more. you don't even have the fastest in your neck of the woods.
