HTPerformance did the valve cover... it's powedercoated with a chrome-like color.

I only get maybe 2 hours during the week a day, if I get a chance to get out there. During the weekend I spend a lot of time on it.

Today's progress.

I thought I'd be diving into the SC install, but I still had lots of other stuff to do first like reinstall pulleys, remove the alternator, install the new header, and finish up odds and ends on the head (cam cap torque, VCT solenoid, valve cover, spark plugs, etc etc etc).



And a Massive lightweight crank pulley, stock size. Who doesn't love anodized purple?

Replaced the fuel filter, relocated the power steering reservoir, finished up the header install (needed washers for the head flange and bolts for the lower brace), pulled off the alternator bracket finally, painted and installed the dipstick tube, and had to reinstall the crank pulley cause I forgot to put the lower timing belt cover on. Doh!
