Completely off-topic, but why do you and so many others call them "rockers"? Rockers are in the valvetrain.

roller rockers or rockers are in the valve train

but rocker panels are not.

Roller Rockers exist in push rod engines, if installed. The older designs don't even roll, they simply rock. I'm fairly certain there are no rockers in our Zetecs since it's an overhead cam engine. I've built a 302 from scratch, but not a 2.0........yet.

for these fenders, would you have to get some sort of wheel spacer? are these the ones that make the fenders stick out just a tad more?

should be a yes to both... the RS wheel is wider than our stock ones.. and the fender does "flare" out more than ours do also..
