i have a turbo smart duall port ,,,and just a diveter valve from focus focus sport that is on there web site.

and as for fittings i just welded a small pice of pipe to my intercooler pipe,,then a 2 inch long pice of rubber hose that fits over the pipe and the end of the blow off valve and just clamped the two ends.. i never had a problem with it this way at all.


i allso have a stock dsm blow off valve tht is mounted to a 2,5 inch intercooler pipe that is about 1 foot long.

do you need a boost controller?
i also have a dual stage boost controller from turbosmart.
you can have a low boost setting and then hit the switch and it go to your high boost setting.
brand new.

sorry to keep doin this but i also have a extra steel braided oil line with fittings and a t 3 style oil drain,,comes with gaskets,,,all parts are brand new.

i do need a oil feed line. how long is the one you have. or do you just have the return line?

Just looked through this whole thing and might i say very nice man, beautiful looking engine.
Yo man i just got outta high school, joined the army and bought my very first car. What i need to ask you is how you got started being a grease monkey? The reason why i ask is because i want to use my focus to get started, all in that, i want to go to lincoln college and get some schooling.
Just let me know how you got started man.. i want to know kinda because i admire the work your doing, and its kinda like wat i want to do wirh my ride.

it is a oil feed line and it is like 3 feet or about 4 feet.
and for the oil drain you can use heater hose or get a an fitting and run steel braided.
if you e mail me i can send pictures.
for the line and the fittings 25.00 canadian dallors i think i could send it in the mail to you also.

lol. i am well aware of how to run the return line. i just needed to know exactly how long the feed line is, it will have to longer for the v8 than it was for the zetec. 3 feet might not be long enough but four feet might not be. what all fittings are you talking about including.

i also bought my focus out of high school as a project car and it has taught me a lot. i went to school for auto tech, got ase certified, and worked in a dealer for about 6 months (it sucked) now i just do it as a hobby and hopfully some day make a career out of it like tom.
