If you haven't looked, I highly recommend checking out some of the threads in the "sticky" thread at the top of this forum area:

That is too bad about the springs, and I suppose, they still used the stock dampers?
What wheels and tires (and tire size) are on the car currently?
If you have aftermarket wheels, they could very well have too low an offset which is causing part of the rubbing problem.

The stock SVTF dampers and springs are very reasonably priced, and provide great performance (especially for a 1st time AutoCrosser).
If you'd like to freshen things up, and not worry about tires rubbing anymore, those components would be a good option.
