why?

why cant ford bring some of the great looking fofos from other parts of the world to the us... or atleast a convertible, and a awd, these would be great..

Well ... Ford doesn't find the US is the market for the hothatch groups. Little do they know there are alot of fans that would try out a RS Focus along side an EVO or STI ...

When they tested the SVT focus here (European ST170) they pretty much either broke even or lost tons of money on the production cost and the hassle to convince the board to bring something like that here is a pain when the numbers and demand for the car are not profit worthy. And now with Ford's new plan to go GREEN we will probably not see any of the new great models from ford (RS Focus - of course and the Ford Mondeo to name a couple).
