Cluster swap 2003

Forgive me if I sound new to this, I am and I hope someone can help me with this question. (I have looked around the forums and so far I hope your response to my question is as helpful as I have seen around :))

I have a 2003 Focus with the standard cluster, without the tachometer, only the speedometer. What I was wondering was how hard it is to switch this for one that has a tachometer. The car is automatic (I know )so I do not really have a NEED for it however I much prefer the look and the feel of driving a car with it. I do know a little more than basic car knowledge, but my uncle knows a lot and I am sure he would be willing to help. That being said, is it a hard job? And how much would it cost for the piece?

Now lets say I am able to get a tach from a used 03 (or can I use any 00-04), is it a relatively simple job or is it hard, for a first time) Also is there any special wires or something I would have to change so that the tach will work?
