On Saturday night about 1:30am, A dark blue pre 04 hatch with factory HID's, followed me off at the Columbia blvd exit, then proceeded westbound on columbia. It had some '2.0 liter turbo' badging on the back. It was raining, I didn't get a very good look at it. I've not seen it before.
