One thing I am wondering... Doesn't the mph seem really low for the fast times?

Yeah the track wasn't particularly fast to begin with.
But you are correct they were a bit slow even for 1000 ft.

^^^ yeah, a little warm and there was other traffic using traction compound. VHT, which for streets can make it a bit slippery.
