what alloy tubing? mig or tig welds? is the bung for the heim just pressed in or is it welded?

mig or tig welds? mig, was told tig not necessary is the bung for the heim just pressed in or is it welded? there is no bung, the tube itself is threaded

omg!!. this should help out my ride more than anything.
only question is how well do they last against rain and winter crud? (i wash it every week in winter i hate my blue bably looking like a dirty great snowball)

They haven't been tested under those circumstances yet but the powder coating should keep them looking good for a while.

Im upset that you came out with this...literally 2 weeks too late!!! I just bought new stock arms and ES bushings and had them pressed. It all to like 300+. Damn it, damn it!

These arms are suspicious. I wouldn't install them on my car for 2 reasons.
1.Mild high carbon 1018 steel, very brittle, suspension with no flex likes to break. 2. MIG welds not conducive to long life and strength at the stress point-NO PENETRATION. Remember what I say when the arm falls apart on a road course and tears up everything attached to it. Any Comments?

1. Our arm uses a custom alloy made at a foundry, which it is not 1018. Ours is much stronger than that. It is not a brittle tube. 2. MIG welding does have penetration. It is all about experience. Someone can cut one of our tubes in half that has been MIG welded and see that it does penetrate completely. The same tubing and MIG welding has been used on drag cars that do wheelies. It has also been used on road race cars without any problems. We know it works, so that is why we can say it will have longevity.
