Thanks for the info. I will weld mounts to the crossmember. Anybody know about interchange between years for swaybars? Yeah, junkyards-er automotive recycle facility- is one of my parts stores. Whose shocks/struts
give better than stock control without the "racing" ride? This Focus is my first compact car, and I don't know anything about good suppliers.

Roush stage two

Brand: Roush
rate: has not been released yet, thtas what Roush told me when i called
Drop: 1.75" around
Price: $450-1100 depends on where and when you get the kit. some places sold theirs for $1000 where as others like northcoast preformance sold me my kit for 450.
Impressions: good improvment over stock. much stiffer ride and less body role if the stage two is purchased( diffrence between stage 1 and 2 is two comes with a rearsway bar). i really like the kit it makes me feel that the car will not break lose. the rear never comes out unless yopu make a hard transion from right to left, but all cars do that.
PIC:

front:

rear:

Amen to that! Information on suspension mods that FF members find work well for the '08+ sedans and coupes would help my research/budgeting. My SES sedan really doesn't look right sitting way up there in the air on its coupe 17s, but I'll still need some ground clearance for runs up our Forest Service roads here in Washington's mountains.

Thanks to all who share their experience!
