2000 ZX3 5spd..I bought new for $13,800 out the door...

241,000
Stock Clutch
Replaced suspension with SVT at 180,000. Car was sagging so bad the SVT suspension actually raised the car an 1" LOL!
SVT Exhaust with headers
Rebuilt alternator
UDPulleys
CAI
8 sets of rear drums cause bearings suck!
Scan Gauge II shows 38-40mpg city/highway driving
Replaced timing belt once at 130K...wont do it again. If the motor goes its goes I have had my use out of the car.
2 Fuel pump failures under warranty.
Tie rod ends/
Valve cover gasket x 2.
Coil pack x 2
Plugs / wires x 2

I do all my own maintenance and am real anal about noises. As soon as I hear something odd, Im all over it fixing it right away.

Only thing broken is E brake and Air bag light on all the time.

Showing some rad fluid coming from the weep hole in the back exhuast can...guessing head gasket worn. Been doing for a longtime and hasnt gotten worse.

AWESOME reliability!

2001 Zx3 with 125,000 miles and still running strong!

Timing belt at 80,000miles
Replaced thermostat housing because it cracked at 83,000 miles
Replaced the plastic coolant tubing on top of the fans at 83,000 miles
Reseal motor with all the gaskets and seals because of the pcv valve at 80,000miles
New alternator at 86,000 miles
new rear wheel bearings at 115,000 miles
Stock clutch

I finish paying it off in August! wooohoooo!!! I have already plans for when the engine dies.

I bought my 2000 ZX3 in '04 with 52,000 or so miles and I just turned 100,000. If everything goes well, it'll be boosted and tuned tomorrow. We'll see how it holds up from there.

01 ZX3 S2.
102,500 miles.

Haven't replaced the timing yet (getting ready to). Same with serpentine.

I replaced the fuel pump about 8 months ago and I think a hose popped off because it leaks fuel when I prime the pump. Needless to say it's just sitting there till tomorrow when I get the extreme pleasure of dropping the tank.

sorry to say folks; but ya got a ways to go...

2000 SE with (are you ready for this) 302,522 miles

I live near Jackson, Michigan and work for FMC in Dearborn, Michigan
62 miles one way! I hope to give this car to one of my kids after it has at least 400,000+ on it?

Original engine/trans; no repairs to either one

lots of break jobs, fuel filters, and tires oh yea and two timing belts @ $300.00+ to replace

Closing in on 120k and boosted.

I have had a few minor issues, bust dsi lever, replaced fuel pump....other than that, its just been replacing general wear and tear items with upgrades. For example, busted DSI lever....get a JRSC, lol.
