I'm running the same front and rear sways as you. 21mm front and 22mm rear. I was also thinking of using the AGX's along with the H&R Race springs. Add some camber plates in front, bolts in the rear, 215/45 RT-615's on 16x7 Rota's and that's pretty much the setup I'm leaning toward.

From everything I read, Konis pair really nicely with H&R Race springs.

your right koni sports are the way to go if you have the cash. i was low on funds when i bought the KYB's. so far so good. with camber plates I get -2 deg. camb. up front. with a little toe out.

wooohoo!! took 1st. in SM & 5th overall for my region in my mighty little focus

I would prefer the Koni's but like others, I'm just trying to economize with the KYB's. I did a little searching and I did find a set of Koni Sports for $579 shipped on Ebay. That's the best price I've found so far.

One additional thought...

With the larger rear bar, you might get some exaggerated oversteer.

With the more aggressive spring set-up, you may want to consider softening up the rear. Maybe return to stock...

The larger front bar will help you to put more power on the ground and the softer bar to retain some stability (especially in tight sweepers).

Depending on the course, it could help you narrow the gap on the civics...

H&R Race with OTS Koni Yellows, some front camber adjustment (LCR???), and a 24-25mm RSB is a nice, basic ST suspension. Add poly bushings all-around if possible for 'the next step'.

Thanks!
Still have a soft spot in my heart for Foci.

The ZX2 is going to be FUN. We've been stockpiling fun stuff for the last 2 months--Kirkey seat, Cusco camber plates, F & R lower tie bars, poly LCA bushings...and some new Kosei wheels and Dunlop Z1 tires...

Has custom Koni coilovers 500/450 and adjustable RSB already.

Should weigh under 2300, and have about 140-145HP in STS trim. We are heavier than the SpecCivics by 250-300#, but have a lower CG and a better torque-to-weight ratio...and the ability to run bigger tires. We'll be on 215/40-17s in the front and from what I can see, they are as wide or wider than most other 225s.

I'm jumpin in a littel late on this but....
I am running STS in my '03 SVT here in Fort Worth.

I currently have the 28.?mm rear sway
stock 21 front sway
eibach 550# all around
all bushings are poly, including the engine mounts
I have run KYB Agx's for several years and now have
the koni yellows. as far as shocks go they seem the same to me.
I am running the Falkens because bridgerock doesn't make a good
size for this car and I am running 16x7's (helps with the crappy gearing)

bunch of other stuff... doing some legal lightening and taking lots
of autocross schools.
