Like i told you on TexasFoci.com, it really wasnt Massives fault.

Once they place the order with F/S it is in their hands....they are bad about informing their customers, they are always backordering parts over there (not a bad thing, just they sell alot of them.)

I just thought I'd add one more reply defending the guys at MSS. The only thing I've had done by them is my tune, but that has worked out great for me.

As far as the back-ordered products go, there's not much a dealer like MSS can do about it. Coming from someone who works in a store where back-orders are common (and not due to us. manufacturers can be terrible with supplying their distributors/retailers), I would hope you aren't blaming Massive for this. It would be like going to Best Buy and getting mad at them for not having a Wii in stock....

I've only had great customer service experiences with them. My saleen kit was missing a bushing and a washer. They sent me a whole bushing kit via UPS when I only needed the bushing and washer. These guys are legit.

its not just the header that im complaining about. i ordered other things from there as well and took 3 weeks to get that as well(everything was in stock). and every time i called all i got was excuses. thats what im not haappy with. also i was told it would be 6 day shipping

well then . im sorry to say it but if you have this much of a problem with them, dont order from them. 1 less foci is not going to make a dif. i think mss is great and have worked with me a bunch of times and will continue to work with them. so with that said MASSIVE SPEED IS THE BEST!

Off of Ebay I ordered a FS strut bar from Massive and it took awhile to get here. The fog light mod wasnt included either. I had to ask for a tracking number by email (probably what Venom said about backorder from FS).

Not really bad mouthing them- I ordered another FS strut bar because their price is the lowest I have found (and it did get delivered). I would like the promised fog light mod because I want it for my ZX5. My ZX4 doesnt even have fogs on it, so all I need is one mod kit. I'm sure it will get worked out.

you guys are missing what hes saying.

Justin doesnt know the part is coming from FS. MSS was the liaison between FS and Justin and they dropped the ball. they should have been calling FS to find out where this part was. Justin didn't order from FS, he ordered from MSS and its their responsibility to make sure the customer is satisfied no matter what they have to do. they want repeat business they have to earn it. i'm not just gonna take my money somewhere because they're a focus company.

MSS dropped the ball here and didn't inform Justin of the status of the parts as they should.

and whoever said USPS doesnt give a tracking number. its .65 cents for delivery confirmation. and its worth it.
