well, you might try hitting the bolts with some penetrating lubricant (pb blaster is the best, but don't overspray too much, the smell will linger in your car), just spray each bolt with a good shot of it, wait about 15-20 minutes, then smack each bolt with a hammer a few times (this helps the lubricant penetrate), then spray them again and see if that helps loosen them a little

it'll seem like you're pissing in the wind for distance, but it might loosen them up just enough

the next option is a torch, which you really don't want to use inside your car if you don't have to

oh, and don't even try to drill them out, those are at least Grade 8 bolts (a.k.a. really g hard), it would take you a year and 20 drill bits to get through one of them

you're lucky, I was using a nice wrench with a 24" cheater bar and it was still a PITA, I even ended up snapping the head off of one of the bolts, and on a 3/8" Grade 8 bolt, that takes some serious pressure, I started to question whether they were just seized, or if they were actually welded in there

and way to go Villa

did it by myself. I added some foam under it so its more comfortable. not bad for a 17 year old instead of playing video games. Everything in that car and the car i bought with my own money
