The CFM high flow cat bears the correct EPA labeling and will make more power. The following is from a thread in the CFM section asking about their HFC...

my HFC was the best bang for the buck exhaust mod.

i love my HFC..i have the RT and i had to go into STX the past 2 years with all Subaru's fun yet very very competitive! i think it has made me better though. running in sts legit this year will be nice!!
