just a question.... if one of the bolt heads snap off... how do you get the rest of the bolt out?

If you aren't reusing the pipe, which you shouldn't be, you can cut it. However, depending on the bolt, you may be able to just slide the fitting apart (assuming the rest of the bolts on that flange came off okay).

If that doesn't work, go to the tried and true method. Grab a drill and a good bit, and drill the old bolt out of the hole

ok, now i know what i need and what to do with it. but where can i find all of these stuff. is there like a website were I can get all of this together in a convercion kit, or do i have to search for each item individually. If you all have any links to site where i can find this, please let me know!!!

Check out Mcnews (Mcnewsautomotive.com) or CFM( C-F-M.com I think). Otherwise, used parts are you best bet.

is it possible to use the heat shield and stock PS Line? I know the ps line has to be bent but I was just wondering if the SVT header heat shield fits with the stock ps line?

Yes, but the Heat shield buts right up to the PS line.

If the Header is wrapped, then you don't need a Heat Shield.

I'm not too familiar with the SVT set-up. My question is will a ZX3 flex-pipe bolt up to the RT high flow cat? Or is the flex a SVT version in the picture?

I'm pretty sure you need the SVT flex for it to work. It depends on what high flow you get. Some are designed to work with Zetec parts (like the flex), while others are designed to work with SVT parts.
