June 23 -24 NASA Hyperfest !!
I had totally forgotten about this event since I had an AX yesterday.
So, I went on Saturday.  Below is just one of many reasons to attend this event...

I had to work this weekend. Some interesting things alway seem to happen there.
Did the 944 guys behave themselves on track this year? |

It was the Formula Fords that were creating havoc.
2 got together with each other and a Subaru STI during a practice session. Clean up in turn 1, clean up in turn 1. Luckily no one was injured. I don't know how yesterday went.

If he did, I didn't see him, but that doesn't mean a lot. The track is pretty busy during big events like this.
So, not really sure.

I knew Gary as well. I wouldn't be surprised if we haven't met somewhere along the way. Summit Point is a pretty tight community. There was plenty of silliness to be had all around from what I hear. I missed the Miatas, but I have a sneaking suspicion that they were pulling a few out of the Orchard. You should think about coming to the Summit Point event on August 4-5 if you are in town.
