14's possible in a lightly modded SVT?

I'm planning to try some runs at the 1/4 and 1/8 mile in my 2002 SVT and I gave myself the objective to hit very high 14's and below 9.9 on the 1/8. My mods are : Tom's tune, K&N filter, Borla SVT flex-back, VF rear mount, KYB AGX, Vogltand springs. My first tries will probably be on 16" stock Focus wheels and winter tires... I should get Rota Attacks soon (around 16.5 lbs) though, that will be mounted on 215/45/17 Yokohama AVS ES100 tires. Do you think 14's are within reach with those mods? I will remove the spare, run low on gas and crank my rear shocks to 8/8 stiffness.

My last run with my Beltronics accelerometer was : (full of gas, winter tires, only one run) Trap speeds seem off so there's quite a margin of error like all those devices...

1000 ft : 12.65 s
1/8 mile : 9.82 s @ 74.2 mph
330 ft : 6.50 s
60 ft : 2.35 s
0-90 mph : 13.25 s
0-80 mph : 10.82 s
0-70 mph : 8.62 s
0-60 mph : 6.67 s
0-50 mph : 5.15 s
0-40 mph : 3.70 s
0-30 mph : 2.55 s
0-20 mph : 1.52 s
0-10 mph : 0.42 s

I must say I would be disappointed with a mid 15, but I know some SVT's are hard to get into low 15's... Some people get 15.2 stock so I guess it will depend on my driving habilities and whether my car is above or below average SVT's from the factory...

a 2.35 60ft time with a 0-60 time of only 6.67 seems odd....

With those mods and some slicks, I"m sure you'll hit some high 14's. If you cant get slicks, remove all the weight you can from that BiaT*h.

I suggest also going on a liquid diet and take a shit before the run because it will not be easy to get a sub-15 run with just that.

That or wait for a nice strong breeze to help push you down the track.

Yeah I'm not paying a lot of attention to those accelerometer readings, but that can give me an idea of what to look for. It tends to lose its accuracy when you get some tire spin at launch.

So Lupuri did 14.9 in his stock SVTF, that's rather impressive. My objective is definitely realistic then, but it'll take some skill I guess

No need for that, it will take more than a shit for most people to reach my sub-145 lbs weight
