^^^^Good to know. While we are all finding ways to either hook our EGR system up or block it off, you have the header that we all *should* have (with the EGR bung) and don't need it...lol.

Since Zetec owner will need a longer rear O2 sensor wires if using a Cat ( My case a Random Technology Cat ) I'm suggesting these 2 . Top one is for the front( upstream ) and bottom ( downstream ) is the rear. I'm using NTK but you can crossover the part number to a different brand if you want.

You can use the factory sensors and wiring, but you just need to extend the harness. This can be done with either an extension harness that you can buy, or just by soldering in longer wires to reach the new location for the rear o2 sensor.

Yeah I did that and for some reason it threw a code P2195 so I just bought new ones and problem was solved , the car has 120,000KM anyway it's not a bad Idea to put new ones. It's $100.00CDN for both.

Hmm....that seems odd. 120,000km is like..70k miles or so. That seems early for an o2 sensor to go. Oh well.
