Problem with FocusSalvage.com

On Jan 30 I ordered (paid using paypal) a Harvest Gold spoiler and 2 of the covers that go over the rear key holes (to the right of the door handles) over pm from Jeremy Saville.

After waiting some time He had told me that 'they' (who ever they are) sold the deck lid that the spoiler was on to a local shop. So he said he had tracked one down for me and I should have it by Feb. 8th or 9th. I asked him to send me the tracking number many times however he never did. He told me yesterday that the package was going to arrive today (still not giving the tracking number).

Well today the package finally came and I am not sure that it is for a Focus (I am not sure what it is for) also there was only one cover in the box.....the spoiler is harvest gold color however is not OEM style.

I just sent him a PM saying that I require a refund for the price I paid for the spoiler ($100) and payment for the cost of me shipping the part back to him.

Here is a pic of what I got....

Anyone know what that goes to? It might be for a focus but the mounting points are no where near the ones on the trunk lid. I was And it is not in very good condition. I wanted to post this so that the mods know.

If I had to guess, it looks like a spoiler off a ZX2. Not too sure though.

That is the first thing I thought of..

I got a pm from him saying..

"The spoiler was removed from a focus decklid......it may not be an oem spoiler, but it is a spoiler made for the focus....."

I don't see it. I just went out and put on to see how it looks and it really does not look like it was made for a Focus. Any one know for sure...trying to get a second opinion. Thanks.

ADD

Well I am still sending it back none the less.....

Here is what an oem style looks like

I would think even if it were after market it would use the same mounting points.

Well I just packed it back up and it will be going back in the morn.

EDIT

I will edit this post bc I am unable to respond for some reason..

Not trying to say you gave me a hard time, I am just trying to figure out what kind of spoiler that is. Also I wanted to inform other members that I did not receive all the parts I ordered. I am also puzzled why I was not sent the tracking numbers when I requested them.

Also you told me that the spoiler came from California, yet in the post below you say that you took it off the trunk lid....just sounds fishy to me, that is all.

Why is it a problem.......I said you can send it back...it was off a sedan deck lid, can show you a picture of the declid that I took it off of.......if you want to return feel free.........you make it sound like I'm giving you a hard time or something.......
