[and Focusedintentions doens't have to worry about it shutting down.. We have a winter series down here in Virginia w/ one autocross a month for each club : Old Dominion SCCA, Beachcombers Vette club and Tidewater Sportcar club.. ..

Makes you want to move huh???
Mostly that sort of thing just makes me want to cuss... Stupid winter... It's been too warm for us to do our snow 'n ice events too. I get some hardcore withdrawal come November...

That is one of the things I miss about being stationed in Norfolk. Between all the events at Pungo and TSCC events at ACU-4 (probably one of the best places to autocross on the east coast) it was easy to get my autocross addiction filled.
Do they still have all that junk at the far end of the field? During the 2004 winter series my brother lost it for a second and almost hit that big coveryor someone dumped their.

yeah the conveyer is still there.. there's some other stuff on the other end too just off the concrete.. We had to change the course b/c of it - minimum distance between the outer cones and a hard object is 50ft when someone is racing a cart...
