Oil return line location

A couple friends and I are installing Tom's turbo kit in his ZX3 and we came across a bit of a problem with the oil return line. With the location of the down pipe, there's no way to go around it and not have the line dip below the bung in the oil pan. The only way we could get it to work is to install it like so:

Does anyone have pictures of how they ran their oil return with Tom's kit? I don't like the idea of running the oil return and it actually making contact with the down pipe.

from the pics ive seen on toms website, he runs it on the other side of the downpipe, but then it seems like the line is very flat, with hardly any angle on it..

Yeah thats kind of the problem we were dealing with. We could run it the way we have it against the down pipe, or the way tom has it and then make it dip. Personally I think we'd be better off heat wrapping the downpipe and stainless line to reduce friction and heat and running it that way.
