Hood Pins
I've been shopping around for a CF hood. One thing I'm interested in doing also is going to hood pins. When looking at hoods it's not really obvious if the hood will support hood pins though. Do these hoods normally support hood pins? When using hood pins do you normally uninstall the hood latch or do you use the two together?

Most but not all CF hood manufacture's come with the factory hood latch of the specific car it is made for installed on it already. I would ask whoever you get your hood from if they do so. As for hood pins, you can install them on any CF hood, but you should have it professionally done so that you dont damage the hood.
