1/8 mile time

I went to my local track tonight for test and tune. It is not a very good track and not prepped very well especially on test and tune night. I have a sts, poly rear mount, k&n intake and a diablo preditor on my car. Before the preditor I ran a 10 flat. I went to a local dino and got the preditor. Before the preditor I put down 152 and 131, and after I gained 7hp and 6fpt to the wheels. I ran tonight and go a 9.83 at 73mph, so I thought that was pretty good. Tell me what you think. What are you all running in 1/8th mile? I am going to get some new tires here very soon because mine are looking kind of sad and I am going to get an orp and a magnaflow catback. How much do you think that will help? Preciate the feedback.

I ran a 10.30 in the 1/8th. Not very good at all. The races were held on a very old runway.. No traction through all of first.
