Did you just re use the factory header bolts or buy new ones?
If you bought new ones, where did you get them and what size are they?
Help appreciated.

No worries,I been wondering if the bolts, unlike the zetec could be re used.
As long as they don't leak I'm good with that.
Plus my 2.3 still only has 9000 miles on it.
I was hoping they would work.
Thanks for the help.

You can reuse them. Shouldn't have any issues. I had two separate headers on my Focus and the bolts never presented any problems.

Yes it's will do that because the header was made for the 2.3 the 2.3 motor is about 1in taller than our 2.0
