abs an track control ?

I have 02 se four door , I have had the dash out somone pulled the bulbs for abs an tc . It has a button by the shifter for the tc , here's the thing reading in the hayes man it says abs an tc work on the same sys I have looked at every wheel an there are no wheel speed sen anywhere . It also say in the box to open the relevant door pull the sill an pull back the carpet to find some sensor fo r yall an accelerometer can't find them so being they changed the motor to zetec the may have change dash or is there something I am missing

Without wheel speed sensors and ABS pump, you will not have ABS or traction control. You might want to look for the wiring harnesses, however if the motor was changed, then the ECU is changed, and Ford computer modules have to be programmed in- it's not as simple as just plugging it up to get it to work. Maybe your older car had that option, and then when the engine and ECU were changed- you lost that. It could also be that someone changed that dash section with one that had the switch, but the switch is not wired, and was never wired.

Yeah that's what I was thinkin but someone was tellin me bout the speed sensor in the trany but the only o ne I have found is just for the speedo . I was just wantin to see if I my have over looked anything this is my first focus so tryin to get up to speed now if it was a cavalier got them down lol Ty for the info

The VSS in the transmission does the speedometer, and would provide an input for the ABS/TC computer, but it won't work without wheel speed sensors.
