stock air box to svt

Does anyone have pic of the two side by side . Some changed the motor in my car to the zetec , and from so pics of the svt snorkel an box looks like mine . I just like to see the side by side so I can compare to mine before I go find one . Sorry for any miss spellings an bad grammer . Sorry the pic I was askin bout was stock air box an snorkel an a svt set up

i'll see if i can snap a pic but the airbox is the same looking from the outside but under your filter the difference is instead a circle on the bottom where the snorkel connects(stock zetec) the svt has an odd shape(don't know how to describe) also the svt snorkel is much larger then the standard snorkel

Ok Ty I'll check that out in the mornin . Need check the fillter anyway . So do you usethe stock top half of the box with the facotry tube from the box to the TB , or the use the one from svt set up .

With some fab skills think it would be possible to just use the svt snorkel , being that is the only real diff in the two of them

hey sorry didn't mean to forget about this but yeah with modification anythings is possible other wise it the old square peg in a round hole routine lol

Yeah the bottom of the air box and snorkle is all that's different. The bottom of the box has a different opening where the snorkle goes in, it's kind of a weird boxy shape, where as the Zetec is a circle. You might be able to fab it up a bit, maybe get something that will help it seal so air doesn't escape.

Anything can be fab an when I get time I think I will fab up a big snorkel I got an idea warmer weather I'll be fabin if it works pics will come .
