Any Engine Performance Mods??

Hey guys, I am just wondering what performance mods you have done. I've been driving my 2012 Focus for a couple months now and I want to start doing some things to see some performance gains. Any ideas or tips you have would be much appreciated!

fswerks cat back worth about 10whp
you can do cold air intake (steeda, fswerks, Aem, K&N)
headers

these are the most common bolt on for now!

12:1 compression doesn't take too well to added boost pressure. Its why the 2.0 L GTDI EcoBoost engine is running at only a 9.3:1 compression ratio compared to the stock Ford Focus, and why it only makes 93 more horsepower as it had to become less powerful and efficient before introducing the boost pressure to try and regain what it lost. That plus the tuning issue, but the stock mechanicals would be a bottle neck compared to the ST as you already have much higher cylinder pressures to start with.

I plan on doing a FSWerks cat back this year. I also want to do an intake, still researching about which one want. What headers would you suggest? I've read a little into them, just not sure about which one to get.

Roush had a supercharger on one for SEMA last year. No public release on the kit though.

What is the possibility of a supercharger? I was thinking about this today. Would it be pointless without a tune? How would the supercharger affect the engine compared to a turbo?

They had a concept car, but it wasn't a viable proposition or they would have gone further to make it work. My guess was that they realized they couldn't get more power out of the supercharger than the turbocharger on the ST. SVT's headquarters/ office in Allen Park is located at a Roush facility, and therefore Roush does a lot of their development work in their garage for Ford and SVT. There is enough room for differentiation between the Mustang Boss 302, GT500 and the Roush Stage 1-3 Mustangs, however there likely wasn't enough room for the ST and the Roush Supercharged Focus.

So the supercharger is a possibility, it just isn't worth it because the gains would be limited and have side effects right? And the car would need a tune to help maximize the gains and no one has a tune for car correct.
