help with power windows

need some help please i have a problem where my rear power windows wont work when using their individual control switches but if i use the master control by the driver side they work so how can i solve this problem?

The driver's master has a little switch which controls the rear controls. So kids can be stopped playing with the windows.
Either that driver's side master switch is in the 'rear window controls disabled' position, or that button is broken.

good advice. the switches go for real cheap used on ebay. The dealer cost is scary.

oh man it was my bad it was that child locking feature i was paying attention to the color of the switch but not the sign. i though being it was green means it wasnt locked but when i look closer its the opposite way green is locked but red is unlocked thanks for the guidance
