Yours doesn't? They came stock like that except on the EAP models that came with Black recaro seats which are the most desirable seats to have in a focus. Are yours black and say recaro on them?

it is stock, i ment the color, i have a red svt and id like red dash inserts like that

Inserts? Like the doors or are you talking about something custom for the dash?

i guess im talking about like around the speedometer, heat vents and center console, is that custom painting or an insert that you buy.

That's custom painting, dunno if there are any inserts, they would be stickers you over lay onto the bezels. If you check ebay you might find some, I know they make some carbon fiber look alike ones that don't look bad depending on how it's applied.
