interchangeability of front bumpers

will a bumper front a 2007 focus zx3 (the square looking one) fit on a 2002 zx3 focus?

Yes it will "fit" however to make it "fit" you will need to replace the fenders, hood, headlights, grill, as well. all the mounting points are in the same spots its just a matter of unbolting and installing, but you'll need to replace all the above parts.

The image you have linked to is a Gen 1.5 ZX-3, that is '05-'07 model.
