Weatherstripping issues

Well the stripping was probably cut too short at the factory. I had an issue on the rear passanger door where the weatherstripping wasn't flush up against the headlner near the back top of the door.

I brought this to the attention of Ford, who fixed this issue when I had my DCT reflashed. I then took my car to a carwash and woohoohoo, a puddle of water in my cubbie by the bottom part of the rear seat.

I just took my car in again for the issue yesterday. It appears in fixing the top of the weatherstripping, they pulled the W.S. away from the middle part of the door, allowing water to get in my car. Def. not very happy about this.

Anyone else had issues with their door weatherstripping?

Yeah! I've had noticed problems with it since I got the car but have been putting off doing anything about it.

I guess it would be considered weather stripping? It's on the outside, where the lower window of the rear door meets the quarter panel window, it keeps popping up and looks bad. I haven't had any water issues in the cabin though. Need to take it in and see if they can get it to stay settled down

i noticed that to on the same door you had an issue with when i was purchasing my car, i got it fixed before any money was transfered. i do however have another issue regarding the outer wether strip around the side glass after a car wash theye seem to be fadded and i have to wipe them down with armoral or other vinyl wipe to bring the finnish back up to a nice sheen
