SVT rear disk brake caliper brackets
I have been reading around, and it seems like there is a pretty high demand for SVT rear disk brake caliper brackets, but no longer a source to buy them from. I also had that mentioned to me in one of my other posts.
I have a full machine shop at home, and would like to see if it would be possible to make some from billet. If you guys have any pictures of them, could you please post them in this thread. Also, if you have a set that i could borrow or buy, please contact me. I need a set to take measurements off of, and the SVT's around here never make it to the self service yards, they all get snapped up by full service yards that want crazy numbers like $800 for the rear brake setup with 150k on it....

Moved to "Wheels, Tires, Brakes and Suspension". I like the idea but like with anything else, you will need to get permission from the site owner before trying to sell the brackets on here.

I am aware of that, just doing research on it at the moment.

Gotcha man. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of that before you tried to sell something. We have had a lot of people do that in the past as well so it's just something I watch out for.
As I said before, this would be a great idea to have someone do this. Because you can go to any auto parts store and get calipers, pads and brake lines all day long for the SVT rear brakes. But you just can't get the damn brackets lol.

A buddy of mine works at OReilys and he quoted me in $500 range for everything but the brackets. Not bad for a rear brake swap.

It's not just a bracket. The SVT rear brake "bracket" is 1 piece with the spindle. It's not as simple as just making a bracket. Also, the right and left spindles are different.

No, they are 1 piece, no pressed in spindle, no using your drum spindles.
